That looks pretty good!

Are you going to bring it out to the endurance?

I am going to try to make it out to Willow Streets in August. This is really a build for the wife. Mine is pretty much done except for catch tanks. I have three of these things and they were all basket cases when I bought each of them so its been alot of time and $$$ to get them ready.

2001 Aprilia RS50 the black one is a 2000 model. Made in Italy. Really fun bikes that are full size water cooled,17" wheeled,6 speed/clutch 2 stroke 50cc bikes. Stock motor can take about 85cc befor you need to change out the crank. Real easy to work on and you can still find plenty of them for sale at a decent price. BUT parts are getting a little harder to find in the USA. AF1 Racing is a good site but most parts I order from Ebay-UK.

The RS50 is for larger frames. Similar to a Honda RS or Yamaha TZ (physical size).

NICE! I would so love to roll thru the hills on one these. The 4-stroker would be awesome (low end) for the elevation changes of our tight twisty back roads

a few updated pictures of the Chaly.

converted the bars to fold downs, cut off the original headlight ears and put some CT ones on, changed the seat, started reworking the wiring and re-added some blinkers. Also just added a different exhaust. Also re keyed the bike.

It needs some body work real bad, but first thing is to get all the electrical working so i can get it though inspection and get the plate for it. It has temporary reg for the time being.

I'd see the biggest accomplishment with the bike is i pulled it out of hiding finally. Its been under the staircase for a while now.

because i have two of them haha

a 77 and a 79.

77 in the pic is a 7/10 the 79 is 6/10... or 5/10 since its missing most street legal stuff, but they are both plated so thats what counts
