Cool pedmo- moped...what's up; there everywhere.

everywhere i ride, i see pedmo's flyin' around.
are they really that fun or has everyone lost their license?
i heard that these china bikes are not very reliable & the hardware
& parts aren't very locally available. i see young kids flyin' way too fast for their
brakes to take on the stopping job.
