While a new bike would be nice, lets not forget these kids are going to need helmets, gloves, etc, etc. I'd suggest that if we can go with one of the good used bikes, that we use any spare fundage for protective equipment. (Or get a shop to donate it.)

$ sent via paypal to sam@thefowlers.org, however I forgot to include a note. Please only reference me as 'Mosquito'. (My email addy should be obvious.)

<ETA>

Oh, it would also be cool to note the non-paypal donations in the first post, e.g. USARMworker for stickers, Cycle Gear for gear, et al.

Thanks tons for coordinating!

So, can we get the 2 Kawi's from the Dealership for tomorrow??

Would be awesome to get this to the family tomorrow in person AND get a nice radio/news story about this on the 25th!!!!

The more news coverage we can drum up, the better for the commercial sponsors (Kawi and Cyclegear) HUGE PROPS TO THEM FOR PULLING THIS OFF!!!!!

(and maybe include in your summary: how much $$$ are we still short)

Um yeah. I have never leghumped on barf, nor will I ever.

You on the other hand... Try getting laid sometime dude.

I asked for the parent to sign on so they can see first hand what we're doing and what we are posting. Rather than have an anonymous source of $$ coming in, the parents can sign in and know how the motorcycle community collectively is helping out the family.

Talking about coming out of left field dude.
