Antique Motorcycle Swap Meet in Dixon 6-15

The Fort Sutter Chapter 19th Annual National Motorcycle Show and Swap meet.
14th & 15 of June. In Dixon, at the Fairgrounds. More information here.

I went today and posting in general so you can't say no one tells me about these shows. Bigger show than last year, some nice bikes and more old parts than you will ever need. They are only asking for a $3.00 donation to enter. Great way to spend the morning looking at bikes that you will not see many other places. A couple of bike from the SFMC. Put the red Cadillac picture in as that is the longest 2 door car I have seen.

that Crocker is sweet ... go Rudge!

The Crocker was sweet, there was two more at the meet but not this clean. I took that picture as my Dad owned both of these bikes before I was born. Dad and Mom rode the Indian 4 from Stockton to Niagra Falls NY on their honeymoon in 1948.

Kalle took his new-to-him 1947 rat Chief and his 1937 Indian Chief to the Dixon AMCA National meet ... he got the '37 judged for the third and final time, and scored over 99 points. He now gets to show the bike in the future in an "as ridden" class ...

Lisa on the '37 Chief ...

a beautiful Indian Four and the proud owner ...

think this is a late-1920s Indian 101 Scout ...

a black Indian Four ...

skirted Chief ...

beautifully patinated flat-head Harley-Davidson ...

an Indian Scout ...

a glorious pre-unit Triumph ...

a pair of belt-drive singles from the very early 20th century ...

congratulations to Kalle on having the 1937 Chief he built judged at over 99 points at three AMCA National meets ... the fractional points he lost at this meet were due to the bike being completely correct except for non-matching numbers ...

Thanks for posting pics y'all! I hoped to go this year, but it was not to be.

Had to exercise self control there last year to keep from buying an old bike.
