Question What to do in New York, Toronto?

First time there obviously. Leaving tomorrow with my girlfriend, gonna spend 4 nights in Manhattan and 3 nights in Toronto. We are going to Niagra Falls in Canada but besides that I donít have much of a list. See One World Trade Center, walk around Times Square, Central Park. Our hotel is very close to Times Square.

Thanks for any ideas!

Put a lot of Golden State Warriors stickers everywhere in Toronto.

Other than that, I'm at a loss.

Did five days in Manhattan last year. Seeing the Big Apple was a bucket list thing for me.

Also stayed in a hotel (The Intercontinental) very close to Times Square. Seemed like a good central location to be.

Wife booked all this stuff, so I don’t have any specifics here. But we did a private car to drive us around all of Manhattan. Got one of those bicycle guys to tow us around Central Park. A boat ride with maybe 40-50 people that went under all the bridges and cruised by the Statue. All of those, they’re describing the sights and giving the history of it all as we’re going by it. On our own, we checked out Millennium Tower and the WTC memorial, Empire State, The Met, 5th Ave, Plaza Hotel, saw Hamilton, and of course Times Square. The only thing I didn’t get to do that I wanted to was make it to Katz’ Deli.

Museum of Natural History is pretty much must-see if its a first-time visit. And the Guggenheim if you're into art-n-stuff.

there is a sweet documentary movie set in vermont, so basically the same place by CA distance standards, called Super Troopers. Anyway, briefly mentioned in the opening is Poutine, and how canada is a good place to get it.

So, i'd probably go to canada and look for poutine because poutine is pretty tasty.

In NYC I like Katz' deli, or any famous deli, for pastrami. Their slices and bagels and such are also good.

Toronto is a fun place with good food and will be cheap due to exchange rate.
