Any experience with the SMC - 600r?

Hi everyone,

I noticed that there is a thread on selling this trailer but I was not able to find if anyone has any videos of how to load a street bike onto the trailer or what they really think of it after using it a couple times.

I personally have it but have not even put it together yet (I stopped when I realized that I have a Class I hitch receiver). Its for 2" Class III/IV vehicle hitch receivers only. Pictures of the trailer are from the web (not mine)

Any insight would be much appreciated.

I'd want a big truck/SUV to use with a hitch carrier like this since having a bike hanging that far off the back puts a lot of weight/stress on the frame/hitch, and negatively affects handling. Loading a 220 lbs dirtbike alone is much easier than a 450+ lbs street bike.

sounds like you need to go get your money back or sell it on teh BARF. your class 1 hitch is probably rated for about 200lbs tongue weight so unless you have a 100 lbs motorcycle it aint gonna happen.

You put on and wear GEAR, you shift through GEARS. Get it straight!!!

Theres a little squid in all of us
