My nephew is having his 3rd birthday party this Sunday. He is adorable and loves my motorcycle and motorcycles in general. I want to get him a special book, preferably with lots of high-quality pictures that he can treasure for the years to come and learn from as he gets better and better at reading.

Any suggestions? Ideally, it would be something that is hardcover (durable) and I can order it today and get it by Saturday.

Thanks!

, YO!

Think there was a book called motorcycle Mike, was years ago, and my memory is getting bad so there you go!

If you don't mind a little Sci-fi with your moto's (and what small boy wouldn't) I would highly recommend the Planet Racers series of comic books.

Planet Racers by Jim Lawson and Peter Laird.

I have read my copies several times.
Very entertaining!

note: it may be a little much for a 3 year old though.

note 2: I seriously doubt you could receive them by tomorrow.

try this book...I have a copy for my son when he was little.

"take a ride - a motorcycle adventure" by pootler and pillion. Illustrated by carol sachs.

I remember in grade school there was a book called The Mouse and the Motorcycle. About a mouse who finds a toy motorcycle but, magically he could ride it and get into all sorts of mischief. This book was geared(no pun intended) towards second or third graders so pops may have to spend time reading it to the kid. This was 40 years ago so I hope its still in print.

Beverly Cleary is a great author. It can't hurt to buy it for him now and when he's just a little bit older he'll enjoy having that read to him. :)

So with a book also give him this and he will love it. As you rock it it makes motorcycle sounds and has sirens, perfect for 3 and up. My son is 9 now and it just sits in the garage. Free to a good home.
