Cornering at speed off-road is fun! The techniques for riding fast around low-traction corners are different than for cornering on paved roads. Professional riding instructor Dusty Wessels teaches you all you need to ride your adventure bike fast and safe on dirt and gravel roads and trails.

Don't you have a Multistrada? Put a lil' more emphasis on "Multi" and get that thang dirty! :ride

DISCLAIMER: No Multistradas were harmed in this photo shoot.

such an awesome suggestion! :thumbup

StonyBARF, budman, you can do it. Cary totally showed up on her streetbike one time, and we had a ball with Mr stratslingr77 and his Multistrada at StonyBARF 13:

I had to leave early due to a family emergency...but not before doing a great ride with Cincinnatus, Bananachunks, Cabrito, and SFMCJohn. That crew is a class act!

My spot on Thursday night...the water stayed on BTW

Meanwhile, out on the M10, we stopped for a quick break

A little later down the trail, here's Cincinnatus getting through a water crossing

And here we all are having a lunch stop. As you can see, SFMCJohn has figured out that the RIDER is supposed to recline on the ground for a break--NOT the bike. But I'm still a nOOb at this ADV stuff. I'll learn eventually!

don’t I look like I’m having fun trying to get up from the nap I needed after trying to keep up with the Ducati ...? :facepalm:laughing

OMG StonyBARF 15 April 28 to May 1, 2022

Good video overall. Only one thing that I disagree with. He says that shifting your weight to the outside of the turn keeps the tires more vertical, which is clearly backwards from what really happens. Doesn't mean that it's a bad idea, though.

At least he didn't recommend steering with the throttle. :cool
