I am coming to San Francisco for a few days and I'd love to see YOU.

Coming in Wednesday, the 20th, but that day is booked, unless you or whomever wants to enjoy some state of the art electronic music.
The Regency Ballroom is hosting one of my favorite bands.

Of course...all the members of the band are different now, but blah, blah, blah.

So...Thursday Evening...say 6:30ish at the Pig & Whistle.
greener and I will be there enjoying some snacks and libations.

Please come by and tell me how much you've missed me...
Or come by and punch me in the face because I somehow slighted you in the past.
Or just come by and have a frosty beverage, hang out and have some fun.

Ray will not be there, but Steve, the owner, probably will be.
There won't be any trivia...but I might bring something that will fill in for it.

If you have anything important to say to me, please come out.
I will, most likely, not ever be in San Francisco again.

I've never seen this particular video before.

The guy in the beginning playing the acoustic guitar is Edgar Froese...founder and whatever...died in 2015.
The other guy in the video NOT playing guitar will be there next week.
His name is Thorsten Quaeschning...he's now pretty much, the leader of the band. (And when you read that line, you thought of Dan Fogelberg, you're alright with me)
And there's another girl who plays violin and another guy on keyboards.

Christoph Franke is no longer affiliated with the band.
Johannes Schmoelling is in his own band now.

It should still be a great show...

Hey, as long as the singer sounds good, the rest of the players aren't that important! Amirite!?

Interesting to see guitars in TD, I don't think they had any back when I saw them in the 80s...in neon colors.

This looks like a better band, honestly.
