Do I need to do anything to a bikes ECU after installing a slip on exhaust ?

Yeah like I said in the title, dumb question but please advise.

Want to get a Delkevic 9 inch pipe for Aprillia.
 
Usually not.

But the only way to really know the answer is a dyno run with the air/fuel exhaust sniffer and check graph results after the install.

No, as previously mentioned.

But if you want the bike to run a little better, maybe smoother and a little more power, then yeah --- it makes sense to optimize fuelling whether by ECU flash or PCV or the like.
