First off we do not have a FasTrak account so any charges would have to be pay by plate
We received a bridge toll invoice for a reported crossing that we did not do
We work during the week and at the time of supposed crossing we are still taking care of our pets let alone being on the freeway and crossing a bridge
The invoice lists our personalized plate but there is NO PHOTO, just a black image
