Wonder what this means as far as a much needed re-vamp of the cbr1000rr?
Are they focusing more on the rvf and keeping the cbr pretty much as is for '12?

Cost wise, if they can keep it in the range of an aprilia factory, ducati 1198S realm that would be pretty cool. i'm sure the bike itself is going to be ridiculous regardless. about time honda stepped up!

About time Honda made a v4 liter bike. Guess it took some success in motogp to make them think it will sell, now they just gotta make the cbr a skinny v4 but cheaper than the vfr. Wonder what kind of electronics package they will have. Gotta compete with BMW and kawi tech now
 
This is good news because it'll make other brand revamp their bikes. Keeping competition on their toes.
