Been searching the webs, utube and so on but can’t find this spec and don’t have a manual for the bike. It’s a 2011 GSXR600 with the big piston forks. I have the on the throttle big piston video and it describes installing the spring and spring guides but leaving out the seal head and the valve. Dave measured it when he was taking it apart but this one had a seal leak so can’t rely on that figure. So it would be really great if anybody could give me a spec in oil level and if my method is correct for this model. Thanks.

Well I think I got this sorted. Seemed that 120mm is correct level when spring and spring guides installed, seal head and valve/damper rod assembly removed.

If not, call the shop @ GP suspension and they can give you the info.
