Here's my MotoMorphic Sv650

I have the orange body work in the garage now. I swapped to Satin Black Mode with an Aprilia Falco tail.

Props to Fire's bike below... that is super nice.

<edit> funny, that's how I got my R6 too - another sad and dusty bike in a friend's garage.

Anyway, I scored the SV a few weeks ago and love it.
I gotta get some better pics of it in all black. It looks tough.

Mods:

95 VFR-750 swingarm, modified to fit the SV linkage and frame;

M4 Header, custom stainless over/under high pipe exhaust system with dual supertrapp internal disc mufflers;

Ducati 916 rear wheel;

Revalved 98 GSXR-750 front end;

Ohlins shock; carbon rear brake disk;

IrfenBirk rearsets and dual headlights;

SharkSkinz subframe (modified), tail, and fender; also set of Satin black bodywork
including Aprilia Falco tail and tail lights;

Billet dash with Stack tach, digital temp gauge, and idiot lights;

The frame, swingarm and wheels have been powdercoated black;

Had a Duc race tail lying around so i decided to see how it would fit on the SV. It actually went on really easily. Not sure how good it looks, though. By itself it's fine, but with the rest of the SV bodywork, not so sure. Also, it has me sitting a lot lower.

I sold that in Oct 2004 when i moved out of the country for a couple of years. Haven't done any trackdays in a long time. Trackdays in Thailand were too hot and humid for me

I sold the silver sv650 in my sig and got a VFR for touring but soon realized I had made a big mistake. I really missed my SV so I dumped the VFR and an old T500 I had and picked up a 2007 SVS. In the meantime I had to leave the Bay Area and live in DETROIT for 2 years, but that's another story.
Here it is with less than 400 miles.........

this one is with the old blinkers I had on...

and with my custom bling-kers
