Room available in a house in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of SF, for $835 a month plus utilities. 2 of the 3 roommates are motorcyclists. Street parking only. The room is 10x12, with a scenic view of Twin Peaks. The house itself is nothing special, but the neighborhood is pretty and safe, and our street has no street cleaning, so fewer tickets are handed out. Pictures available upon request.
