Hey all - my shop partner is moving out and I have an 1100 square foot space to share in North Richmond, CA for $750 (each) per month, plus insurance and utilities. The shop is near Point Richmond, CA off of Richmond Parkway between Hwy 80 and Hwy 580 in an active industrial property. The site is fenced and gated with security cameras 24/7, and day and night tenant activity. Running cold water in the shop, M & W bathrooms on site. I have an insurance policy. The shop has a 10K pound capacity Challenger vehicle lift, a bike lift, an air compressor, and a large storage loft.

I'm looking for a motorcycle or car hobbyist that wants to store or work part-time on a couple of bikes or one car. Must be a responsible adult with their own tools, a sense of humor, and no drug or tobacco use. Beer and coffee welcomed. Six month minimum commitment.

Will consider two more new people to lower cost to ~ $500 each.
