I am selling a dual sport/adv bike with electric start and wide ratio 6-speed. The Husqvarna TE610 is a bit of a unicorn, has similar power and suspension to the Honda XR650R but with e-start and an extra gear. It is lighter than my DR650 and way more power, with way better and fully adjustable suspension.
I just installed a new battery and carb rebuild kit, so it starts immediately and is ready to go off choke and idles.
New:
Tires, Tusk street legal knobbies
Battery
Coolant flushed
Oil/Filter
Air filter
Front rotor and pads
Brake Fluid flushed
Other Maintenance History
Rear pads are fine
Recent chain and sprockets have 1000 miles on them
New timing chain 1500 mi ago, these bikes need about every 9k miles, I was going to Mexico so did it early, yes I have the receipt. Other than this these bikes are reliable and dependable, I would not hesitate to head to Cabo San Lucas tomorrow.
Oil changes every 3k miles unlike KTM, easy to adjust valves yourself, etc. This is NOT the modern Husky which is a race ready KTM with cosmetic differences and highly stressed.
Extras:
IMS 5 gallon tank
Corbin seat
Leo Vince pipe, properly jetted
skid plate
radiator guard
billet luggage rack
heated grips
led turn signals with proper led flasher
ProTaper bars
Cycle Pro brush guards
Comes with owners manual, box of oil, original seat, pipe and tank etc etc.
The Bad:
The steering lock on the column sheared off in Baja, so that empty hole is taped over
BUT, I have a new steering lock with two keys ready to install…
Other:
TITLE IS CLEAN, REGISTRATION IS CURRENT
Selling it as, at my age, it is gettin to be too tall with my 28” inseam. I went to a lowered DR650 that will take me everywhere this bike did, just not as quickly
If you want less weight, more power, better suspension than a KLR, DR/DRZ, XL650 and less maintenance than a KTM, this is a great bike
