These things seem to have been overlooked as far as I can tell, but reducing unsprung weight and rotating mass is a big deal in our dirty world. If I find out that they are available, I'll probably let you guys know...:laughing

I've chaffed all the way through heavy duty tubes on my old 45hp 450, can't imagine how a thin tube would do on an 80hp electric. It would have to be a pretty awesome material.

How weird to smoke that tire...

Yeah, I wonder what they are made of? Unobtianium? It wold take some pretty awesome conditions to put 80 HP to the ground... or a big big boy rider.

If they make them out of that clear plastic stuff that packages come in, I'm fairly certain it would survive a handgun round. It resists my damn box cutter like it's a butter knife...

That's kinda the point though. Modern plastics seem like a likely next step for tubes that have been the same for 100 years.

As for that knobby, if that's a hard compound sand tire, it could easily tear up in the rocks. Especially with Stark Varg torque.

Lol good point about that plastic. Every time the box cutter comes out it feels lucky to not end up in the emergency room. Too bad there's no real weight savings with the tubliss system.

Yeah it could be similar to the issues with electric cars/trucks where the torque is revealing the next weakest point in tires.
