Vegetarian Food Thread

I see so many bbq and meat threads, how about a veggie food thread also?

Any guesses on this dish?

I'd say the dish has seen its better days. As for the food, no idea.

What's really tough is finding recipes to fix for my wife -- vegetarian and gluten free. And she hates mushrooms and tofu.

I'm all for posting tasty veggie dishes and recipes. Technically they can go in the non-bbq food thread.

I’m not a vegan nor vegetarian but often eat vegan/vegetarian meals.

Here’s my “go to” vegan burger made from peas and black beans. Check the macros! Combined with 2 eggs and a slice of Ezekiel Sesame Sprouted bread (4-5 g protein) and you have a high protein breakfast.

We are mostly Vegan at home, but I sneak in some eggs and cheese..

We eat well...






Just Egg the vegan option makes a good egg sandwich - Felix will totally eat it..

I could probably improve my plating but I approve of the first dish. Added some shiitakes cause I had em. Did a white bean purée instead of celeriac purée cause I wanted to add some protein.

Keep this thread going please. Definitely trying to cut back my meat consumption.
