Just picked this up today off of Craigslist. It's a 1971 Kawasaki Parnelli Jones MT-1 (KV75) minibike also known as the Dyna-mite ! It's rough but all there and will be a nice winter project. Here are the before pictures. I will post more later as I make progress on this full restoration.

i saw this bike on there for a couple days and was thinking about buying it. its a great little mini. I have some z50's and ct70's but never had any mini kawasakis i can't wait to see it restored.

Here is the progress I made today,
totally disassembled and dropped-off parts at the plating company for some new zinc and Chrome platting.
Other parts will be Powder coated.
Tank, will be painted by none other than the "Painter dude" himself...

I rode the piss outta one of those between rebuilds on my '74 TM125 when I was racing MX oh so many years ago.
That bike kicked all of the little Honda's asses in my neck o' the woods.
...or maybe it was just my superior riding skills?
Not too many of those around I would think.
Good on ya for keeping it alive!

Just got the clear zinc parts back, chrome still out an other week or so. At least I can start some (most) of the reassembly !
