Johndicezx9's - 2024 New Bikes, inc Updates & BNG's

The V-Strum 800 looks interesting. Be nice if they don’t ugly the exhaust too much. Becoming non kosher to run aftermarket exhaust in some corners.

About time they developed a new engine instead of that decades old vtwin they’ve be using everywhere

Yosh has a slip on that looks much better than stock and meets most noise standards.....

This is the first electric motorcycle that would even remotely be useful for the rides I do. An electric with 100 mile range, and hours to recharge is useless to me. I want to throw on some gear, and take off for whatever time, distance I want to at the spur of the moment. A trip to and through the local canyon and back is roughly 120 miles, and on an ICE can be modified to as much and as long as wanted on a whim. There also aren't any charging stations on my usual ride, and damn few gas stations. I expect to be dead before a full electric bike for me is built.

Agreed ^^^^^^ 100%.

I like that Toyota has continued with hybrid tech rather than 100% electric IMHO, and for motos it makes 100% sense to have a hybrid that will be unhindered by recharging and range limitations. More of these to market please!

The Thruxton will be going away after this year, this is the Final Edition that comes with a lovely metallic BRG with gold accents.

Classy cool bike. Color is fab babbbbbbyyyy!!

Not feeling the dull green on the V strom either.

That Thruxton had me contemplating for a minute as to whether it’s time for a new bike. Then I got to thinking how stupid I’d look in skinny jeans and a scarf.
Beautiful bike, I’ll just drool over the pics.

In place of the original V4 is...another V4, only this one is derived from the Desmosedici Stradale unit found in the Panigale V4, dry clutch and all. This bumps the power up to 177bhp, while the redline is a heady 13,500rpm.

Budman are you getting the new Multi V4 RS? :D

I would love to but not going to happen.

If it was 40lbs lighter I would figure out how to finagle it. :laughing
It is about 8lbs lighter.

John's post said 177hp. They mention almost 195hp in the vid. Tempting :drool

Granted the rider put his foot out... which I tend to do and the kids dancing at the end was cute :laughing

But....My wife would put my nuts in a jar if I went for it.

Maybe if they called it the Multigale I would be OK with my nuts in a jar :laughing

Interesting Multi variant. Dry clutch is appealing, would be nice if it could have lost more weight. Too heavy / powerful (I know, I'm odd) for me.

Just take the front wheel off. It will never be on the ground anyway.
