I sent your Zillow to my daughter just north of San Antonio TX to make here feel better. She is looking at 3,000+ sq ft 5 BR on large lots for $500K. Note property taxes in TX are not like CA they go UP every year a lot.

I'd love to move to Texas, Tennessee, areas around Salt Lake City, several more and buying power is significantly greater. Family and jobs are all east bay though.

Yeah, $430 a month. No club house or pool. Covers maintenance, roofs, walls, fencing, common grounds. Relatively cheap dues for the area.

I dont know the color of the green but next time I'm there I'll check the can thats left.

The accordion doors were off amazon, only one brand on there. I wanted wood bifold or mirrored bifold but those are $$$. These were around $150-$200 a set. Come in 36x96 or 48x96 I think. Weren't the easiest to install I'll be honest. Lucky my dad and I have the necessary tools. There's a long magnetic strip that helps keep them close and they can lock but we did want install the lock.
