The other day I rode the new-to-me F800 with the one-piece track leathers. Knee pads too. Perfect combo. :laughing

Once way back when, there was an Aprilia demo day out in Livermore. I was out riding the Ducatis with my son and stopped in. I took a test ride on an SR50 scooter wearing my black two-piece leathers and full sportbike gear. Everybody was laughing at how that looked.

And on the street. I'm not really sure what that says about me...that I'm versatile? Confused?

I’d say you look cute, well dressed, and you are having fun. If I’d have seen you by the side of the road, I’d have stopped and said hello.

Exactly... All Types of Gear, All of The Time

Nobody looks cute in moto boots and full leathers with padding in the shoulders, especially at 5'1", but thank you for offering to stop! Usually when I'm on the side of the road it's not a happy occasion! :laughing

Elfin with her new gear atop Mt Hamilton yesterday. It’s a 20 year old, Hein Garick jacket, and Dianese pants and boots. She got them from a BARFer in San Francisco. Awesome stuff.

Am I the only one who has different gear for different applications? Motorcycle jeans & one of the jackets for running errands or going to work. 'Stich for when I rode for work. A* 2 piece for the twisties. I've never worn the pucks...

Oh fun, a helimot thread! From last year - the leathers are ummm....vintage, but so am I. They still fit so there's that.Aaron Sears Point 4 small.jpeg
