Pitbull TRS "bike wiggle"

Hey there you AFM'ers and/or Trackday Warriors,
I'm sure a lot you you guys/gals use the Pitbull TRS for your transporting needs on/in your trailer or toy hauler.
My question is,...how much "wiggle, play or motion" is there with the bike once locked down?
I just recently installed mine in my toy hauler and feel like the motion of the bike seems more than expected or should have.
Yes, I've tried turning and locking the front.
No, I haven't used a front wheel chock with it.
No, I haven't added straps.
According to Pitbull customer service, the pin tolerances for my axle are within the 1-2mm spec.
If someone or a few people can provide me their experiences that would be great. I have a few videos I have taken that I can send via email or text (not computer savvy to imbed).
And or, if someone could post or send me a video of how much your bike moves or doesn't move that would be fantastic.
Am I just being paranoid thinking the amount of movement could loosen the holes in the wood flooring?
I might be "this close" to just plugging the holes, selling the TRS and just going back to a wheel chock and straps.
 
I use it. Plywood on the HF trailer. It moves around a little. Put a canyon dancer handlebar strap on it just to make sure all is good. There’s a video out there on YouTube showing a motorcycle going down a rocky road. I’ll see if I can find it.

Seems like there’s quite a bit of movement but hard to tell if that’s the bike, trailer or camera.
Curious to know from those who have them in a toy hauler that have to use the longer 3” or longer bolts due to the flooring and underbelly. Any issues with rounding out the holes due to the rocking and inertia forces on the mounting bolts?
Or even any issues or damage to the inside of the rear axle.

I remember tightening the mounting bolts down a little but not worried about the holes being rounded out.

If you watch the video, you can see the suspension on the motorcycle working. I did notice the front wheel moving around or turned to the side (in video).

I would install a front wheel chock or straps if you’re concerned. Pit Bull makes a lot of nice tie downs anchors and wheel chocks.

I don’t think there’s enough force being applied to the mounting bolts to round out the holes but I can take a look later.

This is what I was searching for. Confirmation or video showing if or how much the bike “wiggles” in the TRS system.
If this is the norm, the I guess it should be fine. (Still not too keen on how much movement it does)
Is this the amount of motion everyone else gets? (Granted, he’s turning the bars)
 
Why does dude think he could blow out fork seals with tie downs? Compressing the forks isn’t going to cause it.

Nice setup but that amount of slop would drive me nuts. I’d be adding tie downs. Not sure what you’d be saving by not using them.
 
I checked my set up the other day. I can’t tell if the holes are rounded out because there are large washers on the bottom. I think you’ll be fine. Just check them every once and a while.

I have the a TRS in my van that was installed by the prior owner of the van. Initially I didn't trust it, so I also used tie-downs on the handlebars. After about transporting the bike 4-5 times, I decided to try doing it without the tie-downs. I did that another 4-5 times (to and from SoCal) without any concerns. One one of the trips I sat in the passenger seat as my wife drove. I randommly turned around and saw a little more side-to-side sway than I was comfortable with. We pulled over and I discovered that one side of the TRS base was pulling its way through the sheet-metal floor of the van. I crawled under the van and discovered that it was installed without any reinforcement of the floor. All it had was the bolt nut and washer. Not good. I took the bike out of the TRS and tied it down like I normally have for decades. Once I got home I placed a 1/4 plate beneath the floor and attached the TRS to that. No more movement in the bike, no more damage to the floor, and no more tie-downs.
