Need to work on my car and somehow change the power tap of the dashcam. It's on the cigarette plug adapter right now.

Need to run wire to a different USB or fuse tap. Need to get cracking.
 
got letter telling me to sign up for Medicare so called SSA, got an appointment Aug 28, it will be a phone call. Ooops forgot that when I try to talk on my cell phone the cat wants to play with my ear buds. Taking the cat out for another walk right meow.
 
Went and spent some time with the Gkiddo after the gym.
We played those athletic video game thing.. racing, smashing shit.. tennis, baseball... my arms got really tiiiiiiied. They were done after 90 minutes of upper body iron smashing and then a 6 yo defeated me in every way possible.

She was flying onto the couch and popping up bolting the other way faster than Serena Williams. Damn :afm199

I just ate one of those “chocolate brownies “ with 10 grams of protein, hope it’s okay for my afternoon breakfast. Dinner comes later
 
My diet is good but it sucks. :(

That is ok. I ate whatever I wanted until 40 and I am amazingly OK with not indulging in all the good shit.

Whatever back then was usually pretty healthy but there were no bacon cheese burgers, milk shakes, bowls of ice cream or onion rings etc held back.

That was fucking cool.
 
Segway into G’s strange little world. Joy and I have spent almost everyday together since May 12th, 2023. Joy was to be my retirement gift to myself but that did not happen. This last project has been intense so instead of locking her in the kennel I leave her on the boat with dog tv.
I’ve noticed changes in her behavior, example the climbing ladders and hanging out on the roof. The other day she figure eighted between my legs and has begun to perform these very crisp operations. No kidding somehow she’s been watching the malinois channels.
I am so not kidding this dog is learning shit on YouTube :facepalm
