Good morning hoerzeses!!
In Berkeley with my doggie. Halfway moved into the cottage. Now for a slow walk down college Ave to Boicheck Bagles.
Probably spend most of today and possibly tonight here tonight.

Tomorrow I'm hoping to ride one of my Family Rally routes.
 
Weighing oneself daily is a fools errand, too much fluctuations... once a week gives a more accurate account of the trend. :2cents

My hip is very sore this morning. I'll go back to the flat trail for a couple days.

Screaming out occasionally. Right now, not much. It's a pinched nerve, so I kind of need to wait it out. I can't take ibuprofin so while i might hit up the pain killers later, I'm a little screwed.

It’s a miss mash of living arrangements. My sister and I are taking turns in the cottage and another woman is full time in the guest room. I forgot how pleasant the cottage is.
We get the floating home delivered end of October.
 
I swear by lidocaine patches. Not the otc ones but the ones prescribed.

Currently at Peet’s sucking down coffee.

Caffeinating debating whether I do a phone screen with AI for a job I probably won't get or not. Apparently my "allergies" might be a "cold" that is going around SF. I put both in quotes because I can't really tell the difference.
 
Sunny yesterday, a bit gloomier today in SF . Might get better.

I just wish my little car had working AC so that I can get out of the city with .. normal ness
