Home Depot stocks the 3" foam sheets in some but not all stores. You'll have go to San Ramon or just have them ship it to the Libmo store. I needed two sheets which was enough for free next-day shipping to my house.
I got the stretchy banding off Amazon.

Why do you need stretchy bands over the foam sheets?

The couch and chair only had spring tension for support like an old car seat. The added foam was enough for more support on part of it, but the chair and the chaise section of the couch didn't have anything below the added foam so I installed the straps (the chaise lounge is upside down in the pic).

Definitely tedious.
Literally could have just cut it off and never put it back on, it does nothing.
