Some good memories pinged.

I was thinking about some great memories of riding thanks to barf this AM.

Early days following mean dad on Pescadero Road when he was hands free on a Ninja 250. Arms out doing the turns with nothing but body and balance. We have now done a shit ton of Rally miles together.

First barf group ride when Ezekiel (Joe) and I kept the throttle pinned and left the group behind. We waited a hell long time for theSteveCo and the group to show up!

Hawthorne laid down a few. When I rented a BMW Hun and I were both tapped on 70 I believe at 125 both wishing we had more. He was on his Multi. Then big dog bites (Paul :rose) flew by us on his Kawnie showing off his buck forty prowess.

First time on 120 E riding with Afterburner and having Horsepower blow .. I mean blow by us on the whoops doing a flying W on the downhill side. I was truely impressed. Shortly after Afterburner (Daren) went way to fast over the last one where the road makes a hard right turn. He solidly invaded the other lane but carried on.

Same road going the other way over the whoops with Sweeping Winger (Ed :rose) and a helicopter rose out of the valley to our left. Huge surprise and we both thought we were popped, but it turn out not to be a CHP.

And of course the runner causing a Police escort into Hawthorne for Enchanter, Meldog, L8Braker and I (I am missing someone). After stopping for ordinance to move by the road crew saying go ahead was a green flag and I thought for sure we were popped by an aerial Po Po.

L8Braker (Danny) and I hauling the mail on HWY 4 passing Hooli like he was tied to a post. Soon after I hit sand in a corner and did the flat track slide / save that my good buddy still gives me kudo's for. :teeth

The Mako breako on 108 bending his BMW1000rr in half and scaring the shit out of us.

The epic fire 3 pass ride with Butch, SLO and a gent named Eric. Empty passes.. 89, 4 and 108 because of the fire meant our throttle hands were on fire!!! Railing!

At a Quincy rally when we hit the dead end chasing down Enchanter after he left before me. Big fun.

Riding with the "kids" to the Hoho which took 13 hours and being old not being able to see well in the dark missing the 49er. I was lost.. :rant Phone call to Kazman saved me and I had quite the audience applause when I finally found it. :laughing

First time on 36 with Lonster, DTrides and Hypergirl and being blown away at how fast they all were! :wow Butch was there too.

Lot of other great moments with other too.

Forgot to include Pit Ho getting in trouble for putting up :twofinger signs through Yosemite on our very first Rally in '08. It was so cool to see those pop up along the ride.

Mark really enjoyed barf even though he never rode. :rose

oh dear Hawthorne memories, Nemo cursing Thor fist in the air and then spending the most terrifying ride dodging lightning strikes down pole line road.

I think Dubbington deserves a mention for the most prolific and eclectic thread starter in the Kitchen Sink and beyond.
