What Are You Thinking Of Right Now?

I was thinking through the program to determine if today's journey to the gym was legs or upper body. Determined either works with the schedule so going with the upper body.

Getting the arthritis cream applied is now the task at hand. :(

I'm thinking about how much I envy you. I can't use any arthritis creams, sports creams, or NSAIDs anymore. Tylenol doesn't cut it.

If it makes you feel better they don't do much. My shoulder and bits just hurt a little less. :(

Lidocaine does help, but wears off quickly.

Of all those weather alarms only the leg remains affected.

About 2 years ago I made it a point to eliminate all seed oils from my diet. That was really hard because it's in everything. Spent a lot of time reading ingredients. If it comes in a box or vacuum pack stay away. It took a while but I have gotten rid of most all of my arthritis pains. Being 76 and having spent 35 years walking and working on concrete(auto shop owner) I was hurting. I also do weight lifting 2-3 times a week with good old fashion barbells and plates. That was my true fountain of youth.

Seed oils huh. Not sure I partake in those.
Nothing packaged for sure. I will have to pay closer attention.

Glad you are rocking Marty.

I'm thinking:
I am really really enjoying Adam Riemann's videos with Moin. I also think that Moin is one of the most genuine and true folk I've ever had the privilege of calling friend.

Hi, fellow Oregonian!

I am thinking I owe Robert (@stangmx13) my gratitude.

I'm thinking it was great to have my nephew here from Austin for a week; he left yesterday.

Here he is starting Mr. Toad's Wild Ride with Hippie Dave on a tour of his 40 acres.

Dave came back complaining that his eyes now weep when her rides at age 73 so I just ordered him some old school brown leather aviation goggles.

I'm thinking it's a bummer MotoGP has been relocated from Phillip Island to a damned street race in Adelaide for the foreseeable future.

Heard that in yesterday's Sprint race which was epic.

No spoilers though.

I'm thinking I don't need the 556 today.

Which is weird to say

I think they’re terrible things. I used to get AWESOME olive oil from Oobus.
I am thinking avoiding them is going to be tough. Just searched Togo's bread and yup yup. All processed bread.. seems like I would have to make my own sammiches with healthy bread. And Mayo... oh no!!!

Not cooking with them is easy I suppose... but for a guy like me that eats out 80% of my meals I am now officially cornfused. :(

Mayo made with olive oil is pretty good.

Spoiled here on bread as we make our own.

It really isn't that hard if you "cheat" like I do and let a bread machine make the dough for you and you then pull it out and put in the oven on the "bread proof" cycle for an hour then pull it out, form it and let it proof for another hour before baking.

Maybe when you are retired you can try that.

Cutting out 100% of seed oils is near impossible for most people. BUT, cutting it back by 50% or more will add greatly to improving inflammation issues. Get that crap out of your diet, as best as you can.

We only buy olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil. Seed oils (aka vegetable oil) are said to be a major cause of inflammation in the body. We also rarely set foot in a restaurant (I don't trust them :laughing)
