Can leo's do anything about stunting in a private parking lot with permission ? i let some people stunt in my lot , and sometimes UCPD watches them and one time on a sunday one UCPD told them they were making to much noise . I thought the noise thing was from 9 to 9 ?

Stunting, or reckless driving is one of those things that LEO's can enforce on private property, just like DUI and hit and run.
