U.S. Military Weapons Inscribed With Secret 'Jesus' Bible Codes

:facepalm

divide and conquer...

unfortunately, we do it to ourselves...

Jesus Rifles - When you absolutely, positively, have to kill every single motherfucker in the room; accept no substitute.

:rofl :rofl

Sooo... Jesus has a death stick now, huh?

Personally, I think it's wrong. I'd be pissed off all to fucking hell and back to have to read a bunch of bible drivel on my sights. Offensive.

BTW, I'm inspecting the ghost rings on my shotgun when I get home tonight. If there's some kind of biblical bullshit on them I'm going to be pissed.

Anti-religious whiners: it doesn't violate the constitution and they're not pushing Christianity on Muslims. Get a real job.

This, more than anything. Seriously... They're just as bad now as the Christians who push their Jesus Agenda on everyone else.

The problem the Military will have is that the ACOG is one of the best combat optics available right now. As much as I am anti-"this war", I still want our boys to have the best equipment available so as many of them can get home in one piece as possible.

I don't give a fuck what it says on theoptics that I put on my rifle. As long as it does what it suposed to do they can put "I love cock" on it for all I care. :twofinger

Uhhh, maybe. But if the company sent samples to the military that had the codes on them and the government inspectors bought off on the sights then how can Trijicon be liable for anything. It looks like they have been up front with it from the beginning and their website hides nothing about their values.
(if the original test samples didn't have the engravings on them then I would think something could be done about fraud..)

Now..the government can pull the contract. Then we will see if Trijicon's Jesus values are up to loosing millions of in God we trust dollars.

Yeah good point.

The point isn't that it's lame and we're not talking about your guns. We're talking about US Government equipment. The point is that there should be a separation between the church and the government. Government soldiers killing people with equipment enscribed with bible verse blurs that line. Add in the irony that this isn't supposed to be a Holy War and there's a bit of a problem.

Don't encourage him.

:laughing Stop sippin' on the

Then goobment should buy something different than ACOG. Do you know of a company that makes better sights than ACOG? I don't.

Select parts I like

Revelation 14:13 Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord
Corinthians 15:54 "Death has been swallowed up in victory."

Does that mean ACOGs are blessed, can I get a Kosher version?

U.S. military rules specifically prohibit the proselytizing of any religion in Iraq or Afghanistan and were drawn up in order to prevent criticism that the U.S. was embarked on a religious "Crusade" in its war against al Qaeda and Iraqi insurgents.

Ooops..... Somebody's gonna lose their job.......

That's the problem I addressed in my first post. The 4x32 ACOG is probably the best combat optic available.

US government contracts can be very convoluted. the 'separation of church and state' edict might not have made it into the contractual literature, might have been handed down after the contract was awarded or a handful of other fine print phrases that can be interpreted 1000 different ways. maybe the samples sent for source inspection all had the same code on them that made it look like part of the part number/serial number.... there are way to many variables to expect anything punitive to happen to anyone in this scenario.

Trijicon admitted the motive and meaning for the text, at worst they'll be forced to accept a contract modification that prohibits similar codes or other symbols for future production going forward

probably get promoted with a huge raise and less responsibility.

What ? next they're gonna be complaining about the pork fat "lubricant" we put on the bullets :facepalm
