Came outside to the parking lot today to find an ugly ass girl sitting on my bike rocking it back in forth posing for a slightly less ugly chick taking pictures. Bike forks locked and parked (in marked Moto spot) on a slight incline. Visions of the bike toppling over ran through my head. I scared the shit out of my very hot companion hollering the thread title from about 50 yards away. They acted very indignant and ghetto like it was no big deal and they had a right somehow to climb on my bike to take pictures.

This was a first for me (been riding for quite awhile). Has this happened to you, how do you react?

welcome to the world of leaving your bike outside! Once I walked back to my bike to find a couple of hs kids making out on MY bike!!! I just told them to get a room :) but then again in my case the chick was pretty hot :p

It's happened way too many times to me. I also own a classic car, and I can't count how many times I've come out to find people crawling around the car. Some have even opened the hood to have a poke around! I've never understood the mentality of a person that thinks that that is okay and in no way abnormal behavior.

Only once. I was in a record store when I came out to find a bunch of 13 year old gangsta wannabees (the mother of one of them was in the store, undoubtedly purchasing the latest hip-hop crap for them) around my old R100RT. One of them was on it. I came up to him yelling loudly about climbing on people's motorcycles.
He jumped off the bike, and the lot of them ran for momma's car and got in.
From that safe vantage point they began to act tough again. There was really nothing more to do, so I ignored them and left.

It happened to me in 1986, it was on a GSXR, and the guy says to me "I'm Stevie B" I said "I don't care if your Stevie B or Micheal C (that's my name) "your on my bike"

He proceeded to give me his phone number and said I could come visit him anytime in NY. About 2 years later I called the phone number to see if it worked (he had about 5 hits by that time), he answered and we spoke for about 5 minutes.

I ran into him again in 2010 backstage at one of his concerts and asked him if remembered sitting on my bike, he said "yeah, that was a long time ago bro"

Better than having some asshole put out his cigarette on your bike's seat. Aside from that, I have only seen 1 person get on my bike. she was off the bike by the time I got out.

I also had someone try to move my bike so he could park his scooter in the same parking space. The steering was locked though, so he just moved my bike a couple of inches and probably squeezed through somehow. I only found out about this the next morning.

You should have chased the guy off and offered the chick a ride. Both on your bike and back at your place.

Get an alarm. Seriously.
Might not prevent a theft if it's a good thief, but sure as hell will prevent random people moving your bike around.

I was at a party last year. Some people went outside. 4 people and 4 bikes.
Three people sat on the other three bikes (wasn't theirs).
Then one girl decides she doesn't want to be left out so gets ready to climb on my bike.
Everyone was telling her not to as my bike has an alarm.
Nonsense, she says. Bikes don't have an alarm.
Sure enough, she sits on the bike, and the neighbors all come out to my bike screaming.

Alarms are a good peace of mind. My future bikes will be alarmed, most likely :thumbup

The alarm that included a proximity chirp was the best investment I ever made on my R6. If they did not pay attention to the loud warning chirp if they got within the sensor's range set it would then set off the alarm and page me. I never had issues with people knocking it over in parking lots or treating it like a damn park bench again.

When I lived down south some skank outside Harry's in Pismo thought my bike was a good place to sit. Boy was she and her freaking boyfriend surprised when I tore her ass off of it and put her on the ground. In hindsight it was not the best reaction I could have had. Thank goodness I had more friends with me than that nasty hose beast in her barely there skank skirt had with her. It could have ended up ugly.
