Last night this guy and girl on sons of anarchy dumped a harley wearing nothing but jeans and a sweatshirt ... walked away no rash, no broken bones. :thumbup

See this proves that all that other gear is not needed! :teeth

I'm gonna sell my leathers, full face helmet, et cetera and go buy some good ole Levi's because obviously that's all I need! :thumbup

(sarcasm knob turned off)

Disclaimer: I actually do wear ATGATT, just couldn't resist opportunity to have some fun here. :ride

I wish I could crash like that! I hurt myself worse working on my bikes than they do crashing. Dam i just had thought well it does happen occasionaly! if I wear full gear while working 0n my bikes im much less likely to get hurt!

to be fair, they went down on a front yard. dirt is much more forgiving than asphalt.

It can happen. I did it before when I was a dumb kid.

But...they went down on a Harley! Can't go fast enough to do any real damage anyway. And when they do go down, all the oil they leak out helps you skim along the ground much easier.

Sorry. But I knew it was gonna be a H-D joke eventually.

i take all my riding guidelines from tv and movies. i got a speed triple just like tom cruise rode in mission impossible-er because i don't drink alcohol, coffee, or do drugs.

I believe everything I see on TV! :rofl

I was gonna say....hollywood reality is different. Like when the cars are on dirty and you hear the sound of tires squealing on pavement. :laughing

You've never raced dirt track.

I know, I chopped your quote.

you've never raced 880. :x

I almost wrote a caveat about hardpack, flattrack, etc, but figured there was no way someone would be obtuse and annoying enough to actually call me out on that. :twofinger

Well, I doubt there are very many people that have raced half mile and mile tracks here....and took a death roll over the ripples at 80-100 mph, breaking many bones in the process like myself.

"obtuse and annoying"? Kiss my ass. :twofinger

What are you doing online, anyway? Don't you have a colombian hottie to do lines off of or something? :laughing

I've dumped bikes on the street in Jeans and a T-Shirt and not had any wounds worth mentioning other than some barked up shins. :dunno

It's better than that... she was wearing shorts and a tank top and still managed to jump right up. Totally believable. :x
