What Do You Think Are The Top 10 Moto Movies of All Time?

Mad Max got me riding, and hooked on them circle burnouts.

The Original GOOSE!

What is the fifth pic from? I do not recognize it, or even the actor.

Heya Butch, the original tire burning KZ Mofo MFP :mm4l right wrist stop hitting badass! :cool

Wild Hogs

I really enjoyed that movie.

On Any Sunday is the head of the class for me.
The others that followed were all good, but just not as new.

Seeing this brings up some chuckles on quality and story lines.
Probably watched them all though. :laughing

HH does it again.... :facepalm

At least in “Lawrence” he dies in the bike wreck right after the opening credits, but “Ben Hur”? Can’t wait to hear the reasoning behind that one.... :laughing

THX 1138: dystopian future, Broadway Tunnel, Triumph Bonnevilles, 1967 Lola T70 MkIII, Kawasaki H1 sidehack, Robert DuVall, ftw ... :toothless

255 mph. Woot!!
Robert Devaull!! (SP?)

It did hold up well for the most part. No sounds of ICE motors. Tech shit evident. Not bad.

I was born into bikes, but I think my commitment to the lifestyle was born of this when I was 6.

Loved that movie as a kid but it is unwatchable as an adult. It’s not even the out dated special effects, it’s just a terrible movie.

It is, lol, but I still love it. In the 80's all I wanted to do was hang around the Arcade.

The Motorcycle Diaries. Mostly because I’ve seen it lately on library and Pick of the Litter shelves. Think I saw it when it came out so probably worth a repeat.
Quite a list.

I never bothered watching Ghostbusters but seeing it makes the list of great moto flicks I might give it a go.

It is not a good Moto movie. I think there's maybe 2-3 shots with motorcycles in the whole film and they aren't the focus.

It IS one of the best movies ever made. You should definitely see it.

Agreed, it is excellent, but I literally watched it 2 days ago and don't remember bikes being in it at all. Not sure how it is on the list.

And don't miss...

It's a 1950s cops-and-robbers drama, but with LAPD motors. Includes what appears to be footage shot in the department's motor training along with lots of offroad riding. Look for Chuck Connors in his post-MLB/NBA, pre Rifleman days.

I saw it on cable long ago (probably TCM). Looks like it's available on DVD at TCM.

Wait which one had two chicks battling it on motorcycles?

Oh, Torque. It is so good. When I am hand sanding a Gas Tank I filled off the bike or similar nonsense, I like to turn this one on.

I think my favorite part of the whole scene is the Ad Placement. :laughing

This is probably the single greatest piece of bike cinematography in history.

I think there's a few motor officers in their police escort at the end of the film. But I could be wrong, I haven't seen it in a year or two.

Really bummed I missed it when the SF orchestra played it last Halloween.
