- Experienced Motorcycle Technician
The Motor Cafe is taking applications for an experienced Motorcycle Technician/Master Technician. We are seeking a qualified, detail oriented, and reliable individual with a passion for motorcycles to join our service team.
Job Expectations:
Include, but are not limited to:
-Basic motorcycle servicing, repair and accessory installation.
-Effectively diagnose motorcycles in a timely manner.
-Perform warranty work per warranty guidelines.
-Some minor modification and fabrication of parts for custom jobs.
-Communicate effectively with the service manager and customers when necessary.
-Complete jobs within allotted labor times with excellent attention to detail and quality control.
-Maintain a well-organized and clean work area.
-Versatile team player willing to adapt and adjust to get the job done.
-Willing to travel for training
-Test ride completed jobs to verify work performed.
Job Requirements:
-A passion for motorcycles and riding.
-Formal training (i.e. MMI/WyoTech) and/or equivalent work experience.
-Ducati or KTM factory level trained a plus.
-Have your own tools, and be willing to purchase tools if necessary (factory specific tools
supplied).
-Excellent communication and people skills.
-Willingness to work Tuesday – Saturday full-time schedule, plus events.
-Stable work history and verifiable references.
-Drive to succeed in a team and performance based environment.
-Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement
