My moving from player to coach confirmed this observation,
Many football coaches were womanizing, bigoted alcoholics.
Apparently, York and Kraft fit at least 1/3 of that model.
Robert Kraft's charges were dropped. Technicality of evidence, video surveillance, deemed illegal. To my recollection, NFL never punished Kraft.
Jed York has money. Probably the same fate. Legal wrangling to avoid persecution.

The Yorks and DeBartolos hail from Youngstown, Ohio which is known to be mobbed up plus the families made their fortune in construction which often comes with mob connections like our president. The Yorks got the team because Eddie DeBartolo got busted bribing a Louisiana legislator so his family is mafia or mafia adjacent.
With that in mind, we know Jed York recently filed for divorce and was spending more time in Ohio rather than CA. He problably was swinging his dick around town acting like a bigshot because he's the Niners owner and pissed off the wrong people. I doubt this was his first visit to a motorhome park and that was known in certain circles. Where there is mob there is dirty cops so someone made a call and he gets popped to take him down a notch or two.
Just my guess and wild speculation so take it with a grain of salt.

The problem isn't that they are billionaires, there will always will be billionaires. The problem is they are disreputable scum or pretentious mediocraties that got rich by their connections and pull not skill. They didn't earn their positions honestly because they are mobbed up like the Yorks and Debartolos or CIA cutouts like Musk, Zuckerberg, Bezos, et. al.

Suit yourself. But the dishonesty, corruption and exploitation doesn't just exist at the top. It pervades the whole society from top to bottom. You can see this for yourself and blaming the rich is a cop out. I don't think it has to be this way and the scum always rises to the top of such cultures so I agree with you there.

For my two cents, going low end under the radar can help you maintain anonymity. A pump and dump trailer job will probably not think much about it as you pay cash she moves onto the next one, but a high end services agent travels in certain circles and word may get around.
