The location of the driver is what folks will be interested in. He did give the universally understood symbol for cunnilingus, so I like him immediately.

So, it's a Class 1 buggy with a Bug body. Dope, yes, but I don't think they invented the wheel. They were just dumb enough to take it onto public streets. :laughing
 
Crazy car, that thing looks like it could climb a tree.

There's an old VW Bug running around Concord with a turbo air-cooled engine with so much power it will wheelie (cuz the engine is in the back, you know?). Think it was orange. Not much bodywork, sorta open to the elements.
