The fuselage and tail haven't changed. The engines / props have been upgraded, but that's it.

C-2 trivia:
  • It only has three rudders. one of the small central vertical tails is solid / immovable. Same for it's sibling the E-2.
  • The Navy restricted them to daylight carrier operations. Too risky at night.
  • The C-2 is being retired because the F-35 power unit (jet engine) does not fit inside its cargo bay. The V-22 is its replacement.
