Airplane carry on bag that fits a Helmet

I’ve got a trip booked that requires me to fly with my riding gear. I’m going to put everything in the checked bag except my helmet. Can anyone recommend a good carry on bag that will fit my helmet, a laptop, phone, chagers, headphones, and other normal travel items. I want something that will protect the helmet from getting banged around as i drag it through the airport but not too big… I’ve doen some looking on amazon, revzilla & youtube but nothing seems to be jumping out to me.

I’ve been using a small Samsonite carryon expandable roller for several years. Went to the store with helmet to confirm the fit.

This is what I did. I forwent the backpack and filled a large helmet bag with stuff. Soft things went inside the helmet.

Not sure if it helps but I used to travel with a padded helmet travel bag. These are built specifically for helmets and range in price from about $30 up
For the computer stuff, some type of bag or backpack that will fit under the seat. You’ll be golden.

I use a small backpack, a frameless one like the kids used to carry to school. I find it easier to carry in a crowd than to pull one of those rollers, and it leaves both hands free.

I picked up one of these and it’s a nice padded helmet bag but it doesn’t have much room for anything else. it could be slide into the overhead and maybe I bring along a normal backpack with the other travel necessities to side underneith my seat. I was hoping for an all in one option that goes in the overhead but I’m not seeing any great options.​
