Am a sad lil Ant

Rt ftw

RT FTW (for some reason, BAFR won't let me use caps on the 1st line, interesting).

Bought an RT in October and so badly wanted to be a two bike person. Problem was the Tiger wasn't being ridden so I gave myself 6 months and if I still wasn't riding it it needed to go.

There's a good reason for that too.

Do not fall in love with your motor cycle. It is a pleasure device that can be sent down to road or track like a bad space shuttle re-entry at any moment. Treat it as such.

But I have fallen in love with my current bike and had a terrible emotional and unexpected attachment on my old bike, so I might be the best commentator on this.

The pile of cash on my kitchen table is not cheering me up, maybe I should burn it as penance for selling my Tiger :(

Uhh, have no idea what is behind this....why did you sell your bike? And ... that pile of cash...is it for a better bike? Or are bikes history, now?

If it's meant to be, your tiger will find it's way back to you...

In the mean time, you can use a couple of those Benjamins to wipe your tears. :thumbup

Well if it wasn't getting used..then it wasn't quite cool as fuck, and not that worthy of space in the garage...and tears as it's going out the door, after getting sold.

Cool as Fuck gets put in the living room under high intensity lights...if it isn't ridden.

Look at the pile of cash on the table. That will buy you hundreds of sandwiches at our favorite Deli. :teeth

Two bikes are fine, but two bikes that are too similar is tough to justify for us mere mortals.

How about a motard? Maybe a Street Triple R to satisfy the triple needs or a 675 for track days?

So Ant, do you see yourself giving another type bike a go as a second bike at some point? I'm sorta goin through the same thing. I want to turn the Spyder and put a second bike in the barn, but am unsure of what I should get. And truth be told, I still get a hoot out of riding the Spyder, so I'm draggin my feet. She still makes a great rain ride too, so that may adding to the plot.

Yes, no and maybe is how I'm feeling right now. I'm gonna see what time deals me :thumbup

That's how I felt when I sold my GS500f. And then it was even worse when guy totaled it. :(
