I've been watching the specials on China and how our jobs are going over there. Pretty soon, they'll be selling chinese cars here.

Briggs is outsourcing now??? That sucks! I learned how to wrench by playing with their engines when I was about 8 years old. I even have a fuckin' Briggs and Stratton coffee table book! That's ass....time to only buy mowers with Tecumseh engines now....
 
Hershey's chocolate closed the Oakdale plant and is now in Mexico.I have not bought anything from them since.I'm a chocoholic too:(.

Where did it say that anybody was going to be laid off? Jobs aren't guaranteed to go overseas with $145 oil. Asia is losing it's low wage advantage to high cost oil. It's getting costlier to ship product to Asian and back to the states.

Anheiser already owns half of Grupo Modelo, which makes Modelo and Corona and they also own 27 percent of China's Tsingtao Brewery Co Ltd. They already are a multi-national.
