The TOS spells it out, and we've been consistent in the enforcement of the TOS with similar types of images.

I'm not sure what you're attempting to do by misdirecting this and attempting to make it personal.

The only similar type image I can think of is dick butt and I'm pretty sure the conclusion to that was fine as long as it was linked. Why beat off that path now if it's not personal?

If my gif depicts a sexual act then dick butt depicts nudity/partial nudity. You can read over the TOS section that you quoted again if you don't know what I'm talking about.

It's not pornographic, it's a cartoon drawn on a hand and is similar in nature to dick butt. I realize that it's questionable which is why it was linked from the get go. If it weren't for Jason dry snitching you probably wouldn't even know about it. Don't know why you're trying to make it bigger than it needs to be. Laugh about it and move on. You're acting like the teacher that wants to suspend a kid for eating his pop tarts into the shape of a gun.

We've seen plenty of times something questionable is glossed over, but when it's a point of discussion, it's like flagging. There's one of the top posters who goes out of his way to quote questionable things because he thinks he's still a cool gai for flagging, but not flagging, but he's still a flagg. Anyway, korn, stop dry snatching!

Reporting would just be snitching, dry snitching is that passive aggressive stuff you did. Urban dictionary is your friend. Regardless I shouldn't have blown up on you, especially because I feel my gif was handled in the same manner , on my part, as any similar type gif that has been given a pass on this forum in the past. It's all good, I'm not bent, even though that's what you did.

Glossed over my ass. You must be new here or something if you think it would've been ignored. I did it as a friendly gesture just as many others have done before. Yeah, I giggled at it. But in the spirit of what Dennis is trying to achieve with this place, I'm also trying to move on and play by the rules instead of stand against them. What I posted was intended as a friendly reminder and nothing more. If you want to insinuate that I'm part of the system, go right ahead. Only one of the mods is anything remotely resembling a close friend of mine and he doesn't even moderate this area so jump down off your soapbox and quit insinuating that people (or me in this case) are pandering to the mods in a passive-aggresive manner.
