I dunno what a rev switch is but I just started flying and have maybe 3 hours in the air and it sounds like a bad idea to me. No crashes so far. In fact I was doing the same thing that guy was yesterday and didn't have a problem.

Yep, if a citizen makes a decision in the heat of passion, he deserves immediate punishment.
But if a LEO makes a decision while under duress, it's perfectly acceptable and understandable, cause they're only human.

i've never used a rev switch while driving/flying ever. that has bad habit written all over it.

ride your own ride and all, I just have never trained anyone to do that.
