Anyone ever brought in a lover to the USA with a K-1 Visa ??

You could then have 180, or 270 or whatever number of days to decide if you really want to get married.

I question the idea of getting a K1 visa for someone you don't even view as your GF - that seems like a bad start to me.

Isn’t a visa of this type (B?) relatively involved and with long processing times at the moment? Not sure this is actually practical.

A 90 day esta is easy but only 90 days.

Just have her come here on a 90 day esta and use that time to decide if you’re willing to go the married / green card route (which would involve her over staying her esta, plus marriage). Get prenup etc.

Oh yeah, call some immigration lawyers and ask them.
