Absolutely do not alarm them. The only folks who should approach them should be LEO. You have no idea if these folks are armed, or not. DO NOT go there and try to do anything whatsoever by yourself, or with your own posse. 14 year old kids carry 9mm semi-auto pistols over there and they WILL pull them out and they WILL shoot at you if you try to go there and mess with them on your own and on their turf.

Let the cops handle this and don't muck it up for them by bugging these scumbags to the point that they actually wise up and stop being stupid enough to get caught with the steps that have been taken here in the right direction ;)
