Best friends know no color for my adult kids.Not much for me either growing up as many were of color... and they thought my lack of color was OK too.
Seems to me I hear the description most used in sports by commentators/analysts or by politicians.

A few weeks ago I had my boss preface a question with "Now I don't want to sound racist...BUT".His question was along the lines of why some AF's/black folk say AX while others say ASK? (I can't make this up)
I politely asked him...Have you ever heard me use AX in that context? I gave him a good long pause then I said "Its a black thang you'll never understand" we both had a good laugh over it.

Im russian and italian, tho I have zero connection to the rusky side because Ive never met my biological father. its all italian growing up, and thaths where me heritage is. my step dad(whom I call my dad, as he raised me) is like 75% native american, and he handles is liquor like one too lol
