It is ok to pay more for a bike that has had all of the maintenance work done to it recently, or pay less and get a bike that needs some work, but you must know this in advance and be ok with it.
    • Inspecting the bike: if you are not experienced yourself, have a mechanic or an experienced friend check the bike before making a purchase. Crashed bikes:This is even more important if you are buying a bike that is being sold at a cheaper price with damages that the buyer is required to fix. In these cases, doing a frame check that will show any frame/fork/geometry damages is HIGHLY recommended. Do NOT simply rely on the information that the seller is providing, even he/she may not be aware of all the problems. Have the crashed bike checked and know what you are getting into.
    • Clean title, Salvage title A clean title doesn't mean the bike is free of serious issues. A Salvaged title doesn't mean the bike may have any problems. Every case is different. Some bikes are seriously damaged in a crash, but an insurance claim is never made on them, so they still have a clean title. Some bikes have had mostly cosmetic damages in a crash, but the insurance company decided to pay off the bike and salvage the title rather than spending the money to fix it. Know what you are getting into and don't make any assumptions based on what the seller is telling you.
    • Registration: Know about the current registration status of the bike. Check with DMV if you have any questions about any possible back fees and other title/registration questions (out of state title, no title with bill of sales only, etc.) before purchasing the bike.

    • Comments within a sale thread should be on topic and educational. Aggressive critiques and inside jokes will not be tolerated. We will be sending out another newsletter in the next 48 hours, but it will not include sizes. The newsletter would rival "War and Peace" in length if we were to do that. Just give a call Friday to check size stock if you find something you are interested in.

I have the Dleta perf in stock as well as the Axial Race and Torque In boots. Just so you know, the Delta does not have the calf expansion panel, so the boots can not be worn underneath. You will want to take a look at the SF or Firefly pants. The SF comes in a perf version, but the Firefly does not.

I have a question, I have a lovely Dainese jacket, and being the tart I am, I would like matching pants. BUT, I come from the UK and I can't figure out your sizing and google hasn't helped me figure it out (i r dumb). The link for the SF and Firefly pants you sent says 44-60, I'm pretty sure that isn't waist in inches, and it certainly isn't cm.

Basically I'm about a 32 waist and would like some Dainese pants (preferably textile, I don't think I should be allowed to wear too much leather), do you have any that you would recommend in your upcoming newsletter? I can call about sizes, but would be nice to know what size I should ask for :)
 
With a 32 inch waist, you'd more than likely be in a 50. General rule of thumb with Euro sizing in pants is to add 18 to your waist size in inches. That will at least get you in the ball park depending on the cut of the pant. I should have something that will work for you come sale time :thumbup.

If you are wearing a properly fitting 48 in a Dainese jacket, more than likely, that is what you will be in the Laduna Seca suit.

Come on by this weekend. I will have some great deals on the L.S. 1-pc, but they won't last long.

What are you looking for? I have some jackets that go up to a 64 that are huge on me (6'5", 250lb). The pants may prove difficult in the leathers, but I may have some textiles that will work. We can always go the custom route as well.
