Just verified with Paul at the 49'er Gold Country that it'll be OK to park and stay in my trailer in the back once again.
Have also reserved spot 5 from Tuesday to Friday at Cooper Gulch on Lewiston Lake for a pre-event chill.
SO... I'm set for another elongated weekend culminating with the HoHo Early Midsummer reunion.

Some folks have stayed at the Motel Trinity just a few blocks away in the past.
There's also the (more upscale?) Victorian Inn on the East end of Weaverville (no info on it) and The Whitmore Inn which is even closer to the 49'er, but again no info on the place itself.
The Weaverville Hotel is in the middle of town. No info.

I made a last minute reservation for Hoho. Paul only had 1 room for Friday night but believes he may have a room ready for both nights by the time of the rally. I was lucky 5o get what I got.

The Ho de Ho private forum will light up tomorrow.
I am thinking I may ride to Fort Bragg on Thursday to not beat myself up trying to ride the whole way.
My normal Petaluma crew have abandoned CA so .. figuring I can change it up.

I was discussing Hoho with atoyf yesterday and he leaves the Weav on Saturday to hit Fort Bragg so it is not a full killer depart day.

I can gut out a HWY 5 return, but the ride up I want to enjoy. Thinking out loud in case that sounds good to someone else.

I'm number 3 on the waitlist. :cry

I got the tent site at the Trinity Alps RV Park down the street. Any last minute campers want to share there's room for a few more.
