Best handling street bike?

No such thing as best.

Best for what?

My GSXR750 is super stable at high speed turns like T1 Laguna. It's not super fast turning.

My SV650 is dead easy to mover around at any speed from anywhere on the track, it's so maneuverable. I don't want to think about what it would be like at 140 mph at T1, Laguna, but I don't think it would be fun.

:thumbup Best for what.. Is the all important question... :thumbup

All this theorizing, riders, type of roads, etc. But there is truly one best handling bike and that's a BMW S1000R, end of conversation :teeth

I had my friend's SV650, affectionately named "POSV" for obvious reasons, at Laguna Seca. Turn 1 in the wet was real, real hairy. And I was probably only doing 115 or so.
