Best Shotgun for Home Defense?

Fuck this shotgun bullshit.

1. Use a knife

2. Dispatch hooligan

3. Eat them

4. Drink their blood

5. . . .

6. Profit

No, you don't NEED to, it's just advised. You could buy a trigger lock and a cable for it and attach it to something secure, too.

Aren't they required to come with a cable lock in CA? My Mossberg came with one.

You're required to have one at the time of purchase. You're not required to have one after the time of purchase, if you catch my meaning.

Nice thing about not having to have CA approved very expensive trigger locks?

Scene from an AZ dealer:

Every gun is sold with a (free) trigger lock, courtesy of the feds pushing that shit very hard on the states.

There's a 55 gallon drum by the door. Sign:

"No trash -- trigger locks only."

:laughing

It was 3/4 full.

They told me they used to charge $5 for the cheapie locks but so many people recycle them on the spot they treat it as a tiny bit of overhead now.

That's pretty awesome!

I like my little red cable lock, because it allows me to transport legally. It is never on at home.

Question: Can I just leave the key in it though and remain legal?

No.
You can, on the other hand, get a cable lock with a combination. Lets say, combination is "000". You put it on "001" and you good to go.

Shit, how did you know that was my combination?
